Each season in Door County offers incredible scenery and diverse activities.
Winter: although many businesses are closed at this time of year in Door County, there are still more than enough open restaurants and shops to meet your needs. Door County in the winter is a place of beautiful white snow covered wilderness. Snowmobiling and cross-country skiing are popular activities. If you've ever sat in a summertime traffic jam in Fish Creek, you'll be amazed at the lack of traffic in January! Door County is yours to enjoy without the clutter of tourists.

Summer: families come to Door County from Green Bay, Milwaukee, Chicago, Madison, Minneapolis, and everywhere in between. Beaches are full of happy sunbathers, and sunsets with ice cream cones are a must.
|

| Fall: fall is Door County's signature season. Our trees turn vibrant shades of red, orange, yellow, and brown, making for incredible photos and stunning walks in the woods. It's also the most difficult season to find a room, so book early.
